Peace Week Mix It Up Day!

Peace Week’s Mix It Up Day was a fun start to the week! Lots of students showed their Peace Week Pride by wearing green and growing new friendships. Students exchanged preferences about favorite bands, movies, foods, video games, and books while sitting next to someone new or at the very least getting to know a classmate better. Students shared stories about themselves such as when they lost their first tooth and what happened to it… two students discovered they had both accidentally swallowed their teeth when they fell out! From silly stories to things that make each of us unique, this Mix It Up Day gave students a chance to start to delve a little deeper and build positive relationships within the school community.
