Group Building Games in P.E.: Peace Wheel in Action

In addition to the creation and introduction of the Powerful Peace Wheel by sixth grade students, Mr. West facilitated group building games during P.E. to strengthen communication and conflict management skills through various games including: Feelings Ball Toss; Make the Statue Laugh; All Together; and Radioactive River. Third Graders last week had a blast playing these games that focused on teamwork, communication, empathy, self control, and compromise. This was a fun and engaging opportunity to put the ideas behind the Peace Wheel into action! Check out more photos and video below.
